Our Chief Inspiration Officer
Tee-Kay McDonald is the Chief Inspiration Officer of Tee-Kay Inspires. She is a proud native of Baltimore City educated by the Public School System. As a student, she became a peer mentor in the Special Olympics which opened the door to her passion for those who are neurodiverse. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bowie State University where she became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She has dedicated her career to the advancement of underserved youth in Baltimore City. Having experience as a Special Education teacher and mental health professional is vital in the successful rapport that she builds with students, colleagues, families, and community stakeholders. With over two decades of experience in leadership, her vast network has been an asset to the enrichment of many programs. She honors the power of remaining a student, so she takes pride in being a lifelong learner.
